Use the Report Alert button on a saved watch when its matching or delivery appears wrong. For billing, privacy, account, or broader service issues, email support@darkmarketwatch.pro or use the Dark Market Watch Discord. Never send API keys, tokens, passwords, session cookies, or full payment-card details.
Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Help
Market Watcher costs US $4.99 per month, billed in advance and renewed monthly until cancelled. After you subscribe, use Manage billing in the signed-in dashboard to open the Stripe Customer Portal and cancel. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the paid period.
There is no automatic prorated refund for unused time after cancellation. For a duplicate charge or material service failure, email support@darkmarketwatch.pro with your Discord account name, the charge date and amount, and a short description. Do not include your full card number.
Report a Specific Saved Alert
- Find the saved alert card on your dashboard.
- Select Report Alert.
- Add an optional explanation, then select Send Report.
The report privately includes your Discord identity, complete alert settings, enabled status, alert ID, submission time, and optional note. Reports are limited to six per user in a rolling 60-minute window.
Before You Report a Missed Match
- Confirm the alert is enabled.
- Check the item, rarity, maximum price, Natural Min, gem fallback, Gem Min, and Open Enchantment Slot rows.
- Remember that Open Enchantment Slot means a statless secondary-enchantment position, not a blank element in DarkerDB's gem list.
- Use the alert's Test button and check your Discord DMs.
- Make sure you share the Dark Market Watch server with the bot and allow server-member DMs.
Login Problems
Sign out, return to the dashboard, and sign in with Discord again. If access depends on server membership, confirm you joined the required Discord server using the same Discord account.
Discord DM Problems
Discord may refuse direct messages when server-member DMs are disabled, the bot is blocked, the user no longer shares a server with the bot, or Discord is experiencing an outage. A successful test alert is the quickest confirmation that delivery works.
Privacy or Data Requests
Ask privacy@darkmarketwatch.pro or support for access, correction, or deletion of data tied to your Discord account. We may request verification from the same Discord account before acting. Individual alerts can be deleted directly from the dashboard.
